  • As a new client, you will start by filling out our Sign Up Form below. This form is just to contact us and get paired with a pet sitter with no obligations.

    • After we receive your Sign Up Form, we will contact you to find out more about your needs and pair you with the best pet sitter pawsible!

    • You will then be set up with a free account for easy scheduling, payments, and instant messaging with our team.

    • Next, a Bellow Pet Care Sitter will come over for a
      new client consultation. This is a great opportunity to ensure
      we are the correct fit for your family, and that your family
      is a great fit for us! This service is free.

    • After your consultation, you will submit scheduling
      requests via your online account or the mobile app, and
      you will be a part of the Bellow Pet Care family!

    • After each visit, clients receive automatic updates via our
      app. These updates include the GPS tracking of our visit,
      as well as any photos and notes taken

  • BPCA employees are not federally background checked but are required to provide references from previous clients or employers. This gives BPCA owners insight into the sitters reliability and experience. All information is verified.

  • Once your BPCA contact form is completed, an agency leader from your area will contact you shortly to pair you with a sitter and make your account. Expect someone to contact you between 12-24 hours of your submission.

  • We charge a 50% cancellation fee if canceling within 12 hours of a dog walk or single drop-in visit, or within 72 hours boarding (live-in care, overnight care, series of drop-in visits).

  • You can request and pay for services, instant message with our team, and update your records all on the Time to Pet mobile app once an account is made for you!
